I asked Wolf-Garten customer service for a part number for spare blade for my new by-pass poppers. They sent me a generic email and did not answer my question. This is a poor response and does not give confidence in Wolf-Garten customer care.
Motoruf experience was completely different! My initial enquiry was answered promptly with information that the spare part they had in stock should fit although they did not have part numbers for my new loppers. I took the risk and ordered the part online. It arrived in the UK very quickly and it fits. Top marks to Motoruf! Great customer service and efficient order system.
